From Prince George’s County, Maryland, Mannequin arrives with precision, polish, and a point of view entirely her own. A multi-hyphenate in the truest sense, she moves seamlessly between music, film, and performance as a singer, dancer, actor, producer, director, and screenwriter, shaping work that is as deliberate as it is dazzling.
Her foundation is built on years in motion. She has appeared in Step Sisters, Honey 4: Rise & Dance, and Beyoncé’s Homecoming, with television credits including American Soul, Watchmen on HBO, Star on FOX, Step Up: High Water on Starz, Genius: Aretha on National Geographic, and Underground on WGN. Whether on stage or on screen, her presence is defined by control, musicality, and a commanding sense of timing.
Fresh off her win at the 2026 Annapolis Film Festival Shorts Challenge, she marks her transition behind the camera with her upcoming directorial debut, The Promotion, a supernatural noir musical short. The film introduces her mark as a filmmaker and a fresh way of sharing music with the world. With inspiration from Prince’s Under the Cherry Moon, this anticipated short will be a dual release alongside her debut EP of the same title.
A triple threat and artistic savant, to say the least. A musical storyteller. A Decade Architect. Crafting eras through music, film, and movement.
From her debut single RUN to The Promotion, her love for Black Old Hollywood glamour is undeniable. With inspirations including Bob Fosse, Phyllis Hyman, Liza Minnelli, Dorothy Dandridge, Cyd Charisse, Nancy Wilson, and Jill Scott, she nods to a bygone era of Black Hollywood with a fresh sound rooted in Neo Swing and Retro Pop, ready to make her mark on the genre. God at the center, introducing Mannequin. Live in Technicolor.
